You want people to provide things for someone somewhere else, you're not bringing anything into the /art/ community besides a link for some other thing elsewhere (i.e. an advertisement).

The 'open calls for something fun' refers to something everyone can participate here, you're asking us to submit art to an external competition/whatever.
