An attack on outrage culture would be a great idea. Keep in mind, though, a lot of the radical progressive-types (read: SRS, SA, and similar groups full of smugness and ridicule) have gotten a foothold on the term "outrage culture", which they use to rip on MRAs, Gamergate, etc. See /r/BestOfOutrageCulture on Reddit for example.
If a sentiment against outrage culture grows too big, there is a chance that these radicals will hijack the sentiment, use it as another outlet for bashing groups they don't like, and extinguish all attempts to use it against groups they do like.
But it's still worth a shot, at least.
