Also I'm at about the limit of how much fiber I can consume before my shit stops holding itself together. I also drink too much, most days a lot of whiskey or red wine could be added in after banana.

I ate literally nothing, I popped randomly and then I busted a nut . I didn't shower today and I won't shower until tomorrow morning. I didn't shower yesterday either. I've been wearing the same shirt for almost a week now, I wear it for about an hour a day. Aside from that I wear just boxers. Yesterday I ate carrots, a shot of rum and peanuts.
