Only drink zero calories drinks- water, coffee, tea, that sort of thing. And if you have time do a little exercise to get a little muscle definition. You don't need good gains to be /fa/, just moderately good gains is ideal. And grow the fuck up, it's just a weight problem, you can fix that within a year. If you have the money and desire to be /fa/ then just fucking do it. You got this shit.
