hello /fa/, i recently acquired a pair of garterbelts and i'm excited to wear them; however, i'm worried about wearing them to school and in public

i know there's some promiscuous/lewd/suggestive stigma attached to it but i always thought they would look very cute with a hint of lewd coupled with the rest of my outfits

suggestions? do they simply rest in my drawer never to be used unless in a sexual context? because i wish i could show them off and it would be really nice if i could stop pulling up my socks all the time as i walk
