While voat is crushed under the reddit hug of death, I felt we needed a place to get together, regroup and plan. Just because you got out doesn't mean your job is done- please share this thread with others back on reddit so they can get caught up to speed. We need everyone on the same page so we can plan our next move.

How do we strike down General Pao?

This thread is for discussing just that. Some good ideas are going to the media and getting them to report on even more of the bad subreddits left up. Then head out to advertisers and online, just fucking up reddit's PR. More good ideas are welcome.

So yeah. This is it for a while, at least until Voat can get it's potatoes in order. But I still think a lot of you will like it here better. For one, we have basically no SJWs and our mod is completely committed to free speech.

What can users do to help board volunteers counter the spam?

First of all, ignore bait threads and spam. Do not reply to bait replies. As if they didn't exist. If they bother you too much, click the ▶ in top left corner of post and hide thread. Go in the catalogue, find an interesting thread, and post in it. This will bump it to the front page and hopefully spark an on-topic discussion. Leaving altogether because of spam is the worst thing you can do, as that way you surrender the board.

Fight the destructive force with constructive force. If spam threads get deleted and there are no active threads in between, the board will just be dead.

The general consensus on imageboards like this is it's great because it doesn't operate like a subreddit. I liked FPH on Reddit because it was fucking funny. Here on 8chan, its subject matter already kinda peters off within a few posts on boards like /fit/. If you want to carve out a space on the internet where FPH's community can thrive, you're going to have to abandon the vestiges of what made you redditfags and embrace the indigenous, wild hate of 8chan.
