Treating people as individuals instead of tailoring your treatment based on their gender.
If the genders are different, treat them differently as a product of responding to individual traits. Don't bring prejudices about what the person is like based on their gender. Let them show you what kind of person they are and treat them accordingly.
Too bad this looks like sexism to the average person because most women are spoiled brats. I wouldn't even say it's their fault. I'd say it's how they were raised. That doesn't make it any more worth my sweat though.

There's no such thing as gender equality. We are not equal. This whole equality bullshit has always been a leftist wishful thinking, from the very begining of the leftist movements. It's just now became a very strong meme. But that doesn't make it less of a bullshit.
