US national debt and national spending are caused by far more factors then female voters and frankly female voters may be a symptom of the problem and not a cause. Remember correlation is not causation.

I doubt men would marry more if women increased the "price" for sex unless the "price" males have to pay for a marriage gets decreased at the same time.
In earlier times the "price" for marriage was decreased through the dowry. The more the man had to lose the higher the dowry the family of the bride had to pay.

Men married more in the past when women put out less, today the price of marriage is much great AND women put out more.

In the past as in 70 years ago the man's price of marriage was less in that a man was getting a for sure homemaker, as well as divorce was shunned and legally required fault.

Now days he getting an "independent women" well then why does he even need to marry her? She can support her self!

Now days divorce is easy, fill out papers, no fault, oooh but she gets half your stuff, oh and she probably gets the kids, because you have a penis and might sexually abuse them, etc.

Today there is no reason for marriage.
