Ask your self if your companion/girl in your life was not there would you be any worse off, if not, then you are mgtow, if so, then you are not. You see if you NEED her, then your not mgtow, she will sooner then later use your need to break you and enslave you. If you don't need her then you could tell her to fuck off when she starts making demands, that means risking some "celibacy" which should be no problem if you are mgtow. If you are mgtow you control the relationship because you have nothing to lose.

I lived in a mud hut in Africa for 2 years, I did and can live without a comfortable bed, good food or internet, I'm self sufficient. Now if your not self sufficient perhaps I can provide some helpful advice, if you are self sufficient great, what are you here for?
