Personally I see nothing morally wrong with it. If we grant only some rights to children, such that they can't drink, vote, drive, and even lack independence (are not emancipated), in short we don't accept children as full people, and they are just smaller, more stupid and ignorant versions of adults, then why not grant even less rights to a human parasite that has not even left the womb yet or even has a brain developed enough to feel?
First trimester: go right ahead.
Second trimester: with reason.
Third trimester: only if the fetus is horrible maimed or diseased such that it will live a very short and/or painful life. If mother's life is endangers such that the mother can't survive even a c-section and the fetus grown in a premature ward.
'Now this is the important part:' If women have a right to abort and give up for adoption, then men should also have a right to drop paternity rights (and child support), think of it like male abortion: we sign some documents, pay a courts fee and waive all rights and responsibilities towards a child that is not even born yet or even just a few days old, just like women can. In fact a man should NEED to sign off on the paternity of a child, or else a civil court case against him to determine his paternity is required, and if he can prove that he was never told of the pregnancy, or specifically demanded to not have the child or is being cuckold he should be free and clear. In fact a free genetics test should be provided to any man who is claimed to sire a wombturd.
Of course that is MRA stuff, and will likely never happen. As a MGTOW the answer is rather simple: DON'T FUCK WOMEN, or else always where and handle a condom or just get a vasectomy or intra vas device. That we can do NOW, not some hypothetical laws that will benefit men someday never. Not siring more human plague also means that abortion rights are not our problem any more then martian rights are.
