Obama is still doing it wrong though, it should be a tariff to protect american oil companies that are being put out of business by the low prices, only to be swallowed up by big oil.

If Obama was actually serious about reducing MUH CO2 he would allow new nuclear power plants in order to compete with coal power plants. Coal is way worse than gas and we don't need any kind of magic pie in the sky research to get nuke plants.
