Ebola is a very large virus, and HIV is very small, demonstrating very different evolutionary backgrounds. Ebola seems to be the US version of the same sort of virus that the soviets weaponized as Marduk.
What do the Ebola Virus and HIV have in common? They share the same cellular intrusion vector. The same protein key. Marduk doesn't have the same cellular intrusion technique as Ebola though, despite them being cousins.
Jungle Viruses don't spring up 100's of miles apart without significant mutations as they travel through the jungle. They also leave a trail of dead and dying animals. Ebola outbreaks don't demonstrate this… And neither did the HIV outbreaks. The claim is that human carriers caused the spread accidentally but this is tenuous at best. New isolated instances of non-airborne virus outbreaks don't just come from thin air, esp. when separated by many miles and even years.
Interestingly enough, if you have a certain gene that produces a different protein key for cellular transport then you are immune to Ebola, and thus also immune to HIV. It has been known for decades that retro-viral gene editing can provide an immunity to Ebola and HIV. This is how the new patented "anti-viral" treatment for Ebola works – Also the same way the swine flu "vaccine" works. It actually changes your DNA, that's why there were so many ways to administer it. The Swine Flu vaccine patent is owned by the same person who produces the Ebola "cure"…
If you wanted to depopulate the world and only leave yourself and others you deem worthy alive – and be able to contain the outbreak, then you would engineer something like Ebola and/or HIV. Something you could give people a permanent immunity to. It would need to be an immunity that hardly anyone has or could develop resistance naturally. People's immune system doesn't change their DNA or more specifically, the protein "keys" to their cellular transport.
Given the smaller size of HIV than the giants (by comparison) of Ebola/Marduk it's more likely that the ancestor to Ebloa & Marduk was gifted HIV's infection vector through viral engineering.
Interestingly, Malaysian Airlines flight 17 (the one that crashed strangely) was reportedly carrying a team of 100 or 200 Aids researchers to a HIV cure conference.

One wonders whether the researchers had discovered a cure for HIV in the course of the recent revelations about a cure for Ebola (the latter virus is dangled as a carrot in front of African nations looking to contract oil pipeline construction from USA, China, Russia, et. al. as a reason to go with USA "extractive" so you can be immune to Ebola which also broke out just after the oil pipeline's construction was assured).
