Why can't lolbertarians understand how capitalism works?

Famous lolbert autists like Stephan "The hot air balloon" Moleynuex ramble on for hours about statistics and piecharts but can't grasp the bigger picture of what capitalism actually is.

893a81 No.4892198

Lolberturdians have autism. They are liberals with autism.

That is why.

7a3d75 No.4892277

>>4892198

Lolbergs and liberals want the same exact end result: a pie-in-the-sky utopian society where nothing bad happens.

They only differ in the methods of achieving this end. Lefitsts think the state will create this Utopia, lolbergs think unlimited freedom and pseudo-anarchy will. They're both naive childish retards.

Theoretically utopia is possible provided everything is automated, If the cost to produce something is zero then the good being produced should also be zero as per the law of supply and demand.

It is just a theory of course and doesn't take into account the question of "what will humans do with all that free time?"

584c8e No.4892645

>>4892586

It's not just free time, but also challenge and difficulty. If a utopia is ever achieved, it will never produce great men who achieve amazing things. Struggle creates that.

747623 No.4892804

What would be left for man to achieve when a machine can do everything he can better and more effeciently?

The only thing left for man to master would be himself.

73bc59 No.4892904

>>4892586

>If the cost to produce something is zero then the good being produced should also be zero

It will never be zero.

ce6192 No.4892925

True.

Also the reason why the economic equilibrium of full-blown (((communism))) is a purely theoretical pipe-dream.

5c4438 No.4892960

Libertarians are okay, left-libertarians are basically just leftists.

man threads like this really give you a taste of how few books most /pol/lacks have read

So if oranges fell from the sky like rain you would still go to the store and pay money for them?

73bc59 No.4892996

>>4892971

>So if oranges fell from the sky like rain you would still go to the store and pay money for them?

No, the problem is that they wouldn't fall from the sky like rain which makes this whole thing, like >>4892925 said, "a purely theoretical pipe-dream".

c5cb71 No.4893003

It's because the ideology is focused too much on abstractions and utopian appeals to the (((better angels of human nature))).

So ultimately every argument they push comes down to some form of

>In a TRUE free market…

And there's no real way to refute it, since historically and currently there's always been some form of government intervention in the economy they can insist that any real world harm caused by lolbertarian-inspired economic policies is aykchually the fault of BIG GUMMINT sticking its nose in where it doesn't belong

Ignoring the leftist shit in this quote, this is exactly what is going on in the mind of a lolberg.

Lolbergs think THEY are going to get rich, when all libertarianism did was provide a means to centralize wealth in jewish hands. All the kikes had to do was throw in buzzwords that Amerigoys can't get enough of, like "freedom". Look back into neocohen propaganda or propaganda used during WW2, same buzzwords.

but goy in a libertarian utopia we wouldn't need government roads because everyone would have a boeing 747

Kinda sounds like you are underestimating the future of automation to me…

Just saying.

68f8b6 No.4893065

>>4893030

Who own the automation?

Who owns you?

You deluded fucks actually think there is a place for you in the envisioned future of the chosen.

73bc59 No.4893085

>Kinda sounds like you are underestimating the future of automation to me…

Kinda sounds like you're overestimating it.

You do understand that there is a finite amount of resources on this planet and automation is going to deplete them even faster all while supporting r-selected breeding strategy which exacerbate even more - right?

You're going to have a problem the second you have more people wanting something than can be produced, because that's where money comes back in. Instead of exchanging it for a good it puts you higher on the distribution list, but essentially it'd be the same.

What're you going to say next?

Pie in the sky bullshit like "machines can have consciousness breh believe me!"? Or use terms like "singularity" and "super-intelligence"?
