I see this being a legitimate option for the deep state, but to be honest, and maybe I'm too optimistic, I think Trump supporters are more likely to brave the elements to support him than other candidates' voters would be. A storm like this would cause an overall chilling effect on voting, not just on Trump supporters, so it's hard to see how this would benefit a Rubio or Cruz turnout… unless it was a localized storm system in a very pro-Trump area.

Still, weather modification is a useful tool for the elites, I just don't think it would do much use in this particular scenario. That said, I did think they used it in the NE during late december to increase shopper turnout (it was almost 70 degrees a few days before Christmas in NYC). So I really can't put it past them. Again, just don't see how this would affect Trump supporters in particular when they're known to be the most fervent supporters of any candidate.
