The eventual hope is someone could mention it on air as something tangible to support them being ineligible maybe the Don himself.

I'm thinking of writing it out like a legal memo to a boss, where I go over the chances one of winning in Supreme Court compared to the other.

The final answer will probably be, less than 25% chance for both, but it's useless without a reasoned argument the supported by facts.

I have access to all the paywalls through my law school so that is nice, and I will be bumping with relevant stuff throughout the day.

I'll probably make a paste in or Google doc to go along with this as well.

Feel free to chip in with anything factual related to Rubio or Cruz and their citizenship. Even rumors (not bubblegate or pedohug) could help me with search strings as I proceed.
