Yes, I certainly agree. But that might be something better for when the convention gets closer, since it's still four weeks out.

07afd5 No.153218

>>153215

Ah, so you were at TFF? We might have meet… I was the guy carrying around a plushie of a blue maned unicorn OC wearing a tie

345b9b No.153228

>>153218

Nope sorry, I was at another acronym MTAC

But about said plushie

I didn't carry around a plushie, but did indulge in the autism of wearing pone lanyards sported upthere is another term for this with pone buttons and shit. I honestly didn't get any scoffs but more random praise than anything else, surprisingly. Even had someone offer me cocaine. Twas a glorious weekend

345b9b No.153229

>>153228

How was your reaction carrying around said plushie?

07afd5 No.153230

>>153229

Did you mean to ask me, because >>153228 said he didn't have a plushie. Now for my experience, I had a lot of people asking about the character and wanting to hug him or take pics. I know we always hear about furries with rabid hatred against ponies, but I never encountered any of them at the furcon, or they at least had enough civility to hold their tongue. Lots of people I met where, in fact, ponyfags in some way or another.

This drunk thread?

07afd5 No.153361

>>153359

Yes!

Good boy! You've found yourself over to the proper place. Why don't you have yourself a drink? It's none too early to start, after all.

7ad50d No.153363

>>153361

W-well, if you insist… I don't think I can hold my liquor very well though…

07afd5 No.153364

>>153363

It's 7 am over here and I've been drinking all night. Just gotta stay up two more hours and I can walk to my work once they open and buy some more booze. Wonderful how it works out, living withing walking distance of the liquor store.

7ad50d No.153365

>>153364

It's 9:15 pm here. I've never actually gotten into drinking… \

07afd5 No.153366

Never too late to start, mate.

7ad50d No.153367

>>153366

Uh It's kinda weird, but I think I like it… Tastes awful, though…

07afd5 No.153369

>>153367

Have you considered mixing your drinks? Even if it's with water, it can make a huge difference. Damn… What is it that you have had before that tastes so bad?

7ad50d No.153370

>>153369

Some kind of beer… I don't remember the brand.

7ad50d No.153371

I've gotta go, I'll be back in half an hour, maybe…

833ba9 No.153373

Last summer's batch of wainu has become so good. It's time to start building up for today's ep.

07afd5 No.153426

>>153373

God damn… I feel wasted. Made it all the way to 8 am before passing out. Why did I get back up? I should get back into bed…. gotta recharge before starting up again tonight.

6b7d69 No.153564

>>153370

Different styles of beers taste different. Also, the various harder drinks taste different as well.

My advice is to not go TOO cheap, because that's often not good. Then again, some stuff's more expensive than it has to be.

I wish I weren't living in a dry house at the moment.

The Bronycon forum is loaded with people that already got their offers taken.

As for sleeping in the convention center.

https://bronycon.org/about/policies/general-rules/

>Please don’t sell things if you’re not a vendor, sleep in public areas, or drink alcohol in the Baltimore Convention Center

Sounds like they don't exactly want people doing that. Have you or somebody you know tired it before?

1e7e5c No.153894

>>153889

>tired it

*Tried it

07afd5 No.153897

>>153889

I was wandering around the convention center until 4 or 5 in the morning every day, so yeah I saw a bunch of people sleeping in corners, rooms, and the hallways themselves. Convention staff didn't care enough to enforce the rule (unless it wasn't in place last year, but I don't know), but if they're going to be dicks about it now then you could always sleep in the movie room. If you can ignore the noise and light from the projector, it's nice and dark and pretty empty once activity dies down after the music festival.

1e7e5c No.153904

>>153897

Oh alright.

I can do that. I just figured the movie room would fall under the "public place" category.

Though I'm two years off from legal age in Americlap. C-can I still be the little pony?

07afd5 No.155191

Feels good to finally drink again after two whole tortuous nights of sobriety. Didn't even wait until I was half-way through work before I started, which was easy enough for me since I'm employed at a liquor store, one of the perks being I can help myself (discreetly) to the sample bottles and left-over wine from the Saturday tastings.

Almost finished with the bottle I brought home, and I couldn't feel better. Inebriation is sweet, heavenly bliss, and any who would argue to the contrary is delusional.

Age is a mere number. Since when has it ever stopped anyone?

Dunno about you guys, but my favorite type of music to get drunk to is German military marches. Quite inspiring and uplifting, and very energetic… Puts me in the proper mood to invade Poland and kill Kikes.

If by worst he means

>worst at being a drunk slut.

My bets on AJ, She seems like the most careful and conservative of the 6

if he means

>most effective, and thereby worst drunk slut.

Rarity, hands down no argument. Rainbow dash seems like she would do it vapidly without intending it. My guess is rarity would calculate it out just as she does almost every time she tries to use her looks.

How is that wine? What is the taste? The wine I have tasted just tasted like alcohol soaked in dirty socks.

Nose: leathery and cured meat, like prosciutto or Serrano ham with a bit of fresh crushed black pepper. Balsamic vinegar infused/marinated blackberry, perhaps with a tad of blueberry mixed in. The fruit is very rich, and pulpy. It also has a lovely cedary-quality, due to being aged 15 months in oak; there's a tad of mint or basil to it as well.

Taste: Feels a tad bit salty on the tongue, which goes along fine with the meaty-animaliness you get from the bouquet. There is also dried berry, but the overall taste sensation is one of deep, dank earth.

Body: full body and dry, without any "flab" thanks to a nice grip of acidity and tannin that lingers in the mouth well after swallowing.

If you want to know what this wine is, it's Rioja Bordón de Bodegas Franco-Españolas, 2009 Crianza. It's a $14 bottle of wine, but absolutely incredible, far more than what it's price tag suggests.

Ah… that's some vintage 2012 there, anons. You can practically smell the aged autism. Very fine year if I do say so myself. Right at the end of the golden age before the SJW scourge began making itself known.

If I remember this was back when people poked fun at the thought of Twilight or any of the man six becoming an alicorn. That kind of stuff being that which you'd find only in fanfiction and not actual story boards. This is one of the hilarious 'what if' creations of the fandom back when.
