This will be my third Bronycon, and I've been planning on attending since the end of last year's. I've had my room at the Marriott reserved since December, although I've been having difficulty finding roommates as well. Hopefully something comes together with the guys I'm talking with now, but if not then I'm open to asking /pone/ as well (already got one /pone/ Anon planning to stay with me as of now).

For those of you who participate in the drunk thread, I'm that Anon who was talking about the con and planning a /pone/ meetup - is that something anyone else would be interested in doing? I'll be bringing along several bottles of cider, ale, wine, and some absinthe specifically for after-hours room parties.

We're still in the discussion phase, but you're right in that we should begin organizing as well. How would we go about it? Meet up at the convention hall then go to one of the restaurants or pubs, or straight to a room after the dance festival? I, for one, am certainly hoping for some late night drinking and socializng; one of my goals for a long time has been to get drunk IRL with a bunch of ponyfags and watch the Equestria Girls movies or MMC, since I can't bring myself to watch either alone (even while drunk or high).

As far as my roommate situation goes, I've got four pending confirmation they can get time off and/or money to travel (in other words, a packed room if they all make it). Everything is really up in air right now and if it doesn't work out with them, I'll be open for fellow /pone/ anons.

All right, so it seems that the two indecisive roomies have officially committed, which means if the other two who are still juggling their schedules and finances can straighten things out, we're looking at as many five people in the room. That's already pushing the hotel's official room quota, but if you can find nobody else to room with then the offer to stay with me is still open.
