I can certainly help, but like i said, it's only very basic spiritual knowledge. I have learned the relationships between Earthly human spirituality and Equestrian spirituality, and I believe that knowledge of these relationships, combined with advances in science and technology can eventually bring a peaceful Equestrian revolution of Friendship, but I don't believe it can happen anytime soon. The best we can do right now is prepare the way for future generations to make the transition.
Perhaps my view is too mainstream for you - you seem to be looking for some very specific magical rituals through which to attain immediate entrance into Equestria, which I have no experience in and while would certainly be interested in such rituals, am skeptical at the same time.
I'm just going to say upfront that your document on the scientific pathway to Equestria seems not just technical, but also non-sensical pseudoscience, which I do not support.
I can bring knowledge of these spiritual relationships, though, and can help develop rituals, if that will help, but as for actually communicating with Equestria, I don't believe that to be possible at this time.

My waifu is an OC and I've already had contact with them, so I know they aren't "taken". Tulpamancing, or what little of it I could master, helped me breach the boundary to make initial contact, but even then I'm firmly in the camp that it's merely a psychological tool to allow connection to the spiritual planes. I'm going do what I can to help OP by searching for an esoteric solution, even if that eventually involves the use of psychedelics and blood rituals and other taboos.

What exactly do you mean by that? You mean other methods and stuff? Well I've had some experience with astral projection, although it's been a while, as well as hearing voices and being visited by spirit beings. The current pony I've been seeing visited me spontaneously with only limited prompting via tulpamancing, and in fact rejected my efforts to dictate to it using the more vigorous methods described on the tulpa.info forums, which proved how it was already a completely formed and independent being regardless of my input. We've been in regular contact for a year and a half now, although I wouldn't compare it to the state of "constant imposition" that tulpamancers strive towards.
I also had good results the first time I tried magic mushrooms (twice) in May, at first that is - later on the trips degraded into full-out nightmare mode. At the time I was under extreme duress which is probably why I reacted so poorly, but I intend to try again soon now that my mind is more at ease.
Now after talking with various other pony-waifuists/spiritualists about their experiences and digging around /fringe/, I've narrowed possible avenues for our project down to Astral Projection and blood magic - they seem most effective based on the evidence I've gathered. Oh and whatever type of "meme magic" /bane/ claims crashed the Germanwings plane, or /pol/ is using with the Ebola-Chan and Ice-Age Chan memes. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I believe if we get enough people to focus with a single-minded determination, we can change reality, which in this case is opening a portal or summoning an entity (like one of the Princesses) who would have the power to do it for us.
