I always had a soft spot for the Hunt for Varaada, even if it had some inappropriately goofy moments. That Italian one I can't remember the name of was really well done, by the way. Gotta find that shit again…

Oh shit, back in 2001 all me and my friends ever did was watch old Star Wars fan films on atomfilms (youtube didn't even exist!). Amazingly most of them are still out there and I've managed to scrounge them up over the years.

I'm sure embed related isn't a particularly good or impressive fan film but it's worth watching in my opinion just because it's a vestige of a different era of the internet.

The only fanedit I liked was The War of the Stars. The despecialized edition is great but I'm not sure it can be considered a fan edit since it's a restoration.

if it's the small arm firing, then it's somewhat possible. like y'know that one hoth rebel who gets shot just for keks before they toast the generator? that thing. however, if it's the heavy cannon that fucks up the generator, yeah no way should they be able to block it.

now that i'm watching the video again, it's the heavy cannon, so yeah no deflecting. also why the fuck is almost every laser that isn't the tie fighter the same shade of orange? this shit is triggering me.
