It's amazing, for a game marred with so much controversy at launch, all I've been hearing is that it's the best in the series when it comes to gameplay.
There is a thread on /v/ that isn't just a bunch of copypasta shitposts. I think it confirms all those threads were made by outsiders mixed with confused newfags. The past couple of them had people fighting back and calling out the repeat posting of that Mileena comparison with the emo. The thread going on right now is quite lovely.

Is this game truely super shitty on the PC? I'm tempted to buy it but, at the same time I could buy it for my PSQuads and actually get a use out of that brick. It just depends how good the PC version is or if I should just skip it entirely on the PC.

Pyromancer is probably the best variation, it revolves around spells. You shoot fire, high and low, and you have a fire buff spell that stuns the opponent for the fraction of a second. Not to mention that the buff is pretty big, I think it doubles the fire damage.
The tonfa variation seems fun. Connecting specials, throwing tonfas(ex to boomerang them), probably the fastest of the variations. I get a Reptile feeling playing this.
The Dragon Naginata one will probably make Jadefags salty. Has a staff stance in which she hops on the naginata which she balances, and from which you can cancel, go into overhead, low and medium(or high not sure). Flashy but probably the least useful. I like it the most though.

I don't really care for MK these days - it's too far removed from the campy hilarity of 2, and too close to torture-porn for my liking (though I admit I chuckled at Cassie's selfie Fatality).
But are you all completely absorbed in the game, or did NRS just completely lay off their marketing division?
