Nintendo is apparently going to release a new system pretty soon; like, even as close to next year. They're going to try to innovate again. Wonder what they'll come up with this time.
Sorry for off topic, but I think Nintendo needs to wake the fuck up already. As awesome as Mario and Zelda are, they're just not the same powerhouses they were back in the '90s. Everybody's kinda tired of the same old rehashed shit by now. I mean they're still fantastic exclusives but they're clearly not enough to sell a system anymore. It seems Nintendo are unable to grasp the importance of third party support.
If Nintendo actually wants a shot with their new system, they should actually make one with decent specs that's a step above PS4 and Xbone. Coming out two years afterwards means they have no fucking excuse this time. With the tech race these days they could definitely do that and still sell the system at a profit right out of the box at not too high a price. At the very least the system should be comparable to those systems spec wise so that third party developers wouldn't mind making multiplats for their system.
Seriously if Nintendo had multiplats and were also backed up by their awesome Nintendo exclusives, they could do pretty damn well. It seems they just don't get this farking concept.
