/svidya/ is a strict /v/ alternative for moderated vidya discussion. This Board wasn't intended to replace /v/ but to aid Anon's in having vidya discussions with zero shitposters. Thanks for adding /svidya/ to /v/'s recommended boards, Mark.

I follow the ones recommended on the GamerGate wiki and a few others, and if three of them recommend a particular game, then I'll add that to my wishlist to check out later. I think it's bugged on the recommended products page, as it doesn't show all the curators or games; like if I check out the store page there'll be more curators that recommended the game than what the recommended products page tells.

What do you think about Steam Curators? What other Steam Curators would you recommend?

I think it's fine for finding games on Steam since it has lots of really shitty games and a few good gems. As long as you follow the right groups, you'll be able to find some good games. I don't like to use one person's review to base what I should buy, which is where following multiple groups comes in handy, on the recommended products page it shows what games were recommended by the most groups you follow. For me the game Deus Ex has the most groups that I follow recommending it: Cynical Brit Gaming, /r/pcmasterrace, Anime 1.0, Cox List, RPG Codex, and Super Sekrit Club.

Waifu Hunter is the only right answer. Online friends are for losers.

This is pretty much e-celeb discussion.

I don't want to discuss them individually. I'm discussing Steam Curators the feature, but if there's any ones that are recommended, I'd like to know.

I don't trust other people to judge games for me. I find a game, I look at information in it and depending on how much I wanna spoil for myself, I'll judge if it's worth playing or not. If I'm on the fence or the game doesn't seem worth the price tag I pirate.

I just use it to find games to check out, as I said. I'm not buying them just based on whether other individuals recommended the game. I don't have the time to scoure every games on Steam. I also pirate a lot of games, especially if they're not on Steam.
