What's the best handheld emulator that isn't a Nvidia shield?
I'm thinking about the Pandora, but they're pretty pricey. The GCW Zero seems really inadequate for its price too. I can't find any PSPs for sale. What other options are there?

If you want to sit down and play, just mod the vWii in a Wii U.
Otherwise, just get yourself a good smartphone.
