As a Hitman Wars vet let me start the first post by saying it will be shit
Instinct coming back might be a more-bad-than-good thing, because like Absolution the levels and some aspects may be designed around it, making the whole "but it will not be in the hardest difficulty!" argument void (or almost)
But it may also mean a good thing because it will give an excuse for context-sensitive choices and actions, much needed in some very specific scenarios. But still in my opinion those actions and choices should be given to the player right away as a button-combination or drop-down menu choice
Voices and arrows telling you how to do things sounds horrible but honestly it's been that way since Codename 47, but they are tutorial only, bad news if it is in every level EVEN when in lower difficulties the map would tell you everything
Overall, while in aesthetic and sound aspects it looks very good the gameplay isn't nothing groundbreaking and IMHO there's a much bigger threat than any of the bad aspects pointed out
And that is the online persistent world and the whole timed and exclusive content locked to the intarweb section, if not the entire game being an online hub with selectable missions ala Contracts in Absolution
