I dunno, mabye a turnbased strategy gang war game? Where your gang need to build rep to get better equipment to take over the city or something while the enemy gang is doing the same.

So, basically Sacrifice in Rapture with in-depth basebuilding and managing. How you personally fight alongside and support your troops teaches your Big Sister command units what to do on the front while you're busy generating more respect among the splicer population at your base.
