a. ‘8ch’ refers to the service and website provided by NT Technology, Inc (Carson City, NV USA), an owner and the operator of this service.
b. 8ch is located at San Francisco, CA USA and are operated under U.S. federal law, and any local laws and regulations.

2. Term of Service

a. 8ch will not be liable for any damages or issues between users.
b. 8ch is a free service, but you may be required to pay your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for data transfer usage.
c. 8ch is not a service to store your pictures. NT Technology, Inc. will not be responsible for lost or deleted data and damages associated.
d. NT Technology, Inc. will hold rights to delete images under following conditions.

1. Violation of United State federal law, California State law and any other local regulation.
2. Hosting image for commercial usage unless otherwise exempted
3. Insulting third party or an individual
4. Any images which our Abuse staffs might find inappropriate
5. Files requested to be removed by copyright holders
