I do like my Wispr 2 and the fact that it's gas powered, so you can use it in the wild and don't have to worry about charging it.

If you want a cheap one, a DIY launch box is incredibly easy to make. Basically it just works by shorting a NiMH rechargeable AA battery through a steel screen. The only challenge is making a box to contain everything.
