If you don't want your place to stink up then don't smoke inside, go outside. If you smoke tobacco that helps mask the smell and so do air freshener or deodorizing sprays

The smell of weed doesn't stick nearly as bad as tobacco. With windows open and all sources of smell sealed away a room will be fine after an hour.
If you are worried about the smell of weed on you, just brush your teeth and change clothes or wear an extra layer while smoking that you can remove.

if you wanna be all secretive about weed smoke, blow your hits in a trash bag, and clamp it off. after about ten fifteen mins it loses its smell and visible smoke. Bag can be used infinitely. Pro status - make a one way valve with release, or attach to exhaust side of gas mask piece(has it's own valve)
