A lighter, weed (obviously) and something to smoke from. That can be a pipe, but try a bong too. It's really nice. Also, you might want to get a grinder to grind your weed and shit to clean your pipe.

But it's not like there are things that every stoner must have besides weed.

As for the lighter, it goes like this.

Dirt ass poor field worker: magnifying glass (the magnifying glass is good, just better options out there)

Poor: Lighter

Middle class: organic hemp wick

Upper class: Herb Iron

Elite: Embur, due to it's high heat up time and portability, thus making it superior to the herb iron.

OP here. Thanks for the advice, but I would like to extend the question further. How does this look for a list of stoner items?

1. Ashtray (for the ash from the joint)

2. Lighter (to light the joint)

3. Weight Scale (to measure the amount of weed you have)

4. Storage Jar/Bag (to store the weed)

5. Rolling Machine/Tray/Mat/Box (for rolling a joint when you don't want your weed to touch the surface of your table)

6. Herb Grinder (to shred the weed into a more smokeable form)

7. Smoking Papers (for making joints, duh)

8. Joint/Blunt/Pipe/Bong/Vaporizer (for smoking the weed, duh again)

Is there anything else I that I forgot to add? Feel free to add to the list or create your own list of cannabis-related items.

It will last a lifetime and you'll be able to get the kief from the weed, then roll a blunt with it

I also learned that a rolling mat serves a different purpose than a rolling tray. In that the rolling mat is used to roll up weed into a thin line to put into a joint. If my memory is correct, that is.

Something I have found useful are the foil lined plastic zipper bags that are smell proof. Don't trust them against a dog though, putting weed inside inevitably gets a tiny amount of residue on the outside. You can buy them but I just use the ones that blunts and cough drops come in.

very important if you still live with your (non-420-friendly) parents. Do not rely on it as your sole protection though. Invest in a strong air freshener that doesn't have a strong/long-lasting smell of its own. Open the damn windows too.

Keep in mind that not all methods of ingesting weed are equally efficient. Papers/blunts are very inefficient, pipes/bongs are better, vaporizer is best though they vary in quality and usability. Edibles require varying degrees of cooking skill but once you get them down they are easy and efficient.

At some point you will need to clean your pipe. Acetone works better than isopropanol especially since most stores only go up to 91% isopropyl alcohol. Get acetone from the hardware store if you plan on recycling resin since even "plain" acetone nail polish remover has additives.

Wake and bake is fun but it is also an excellent way to fuck your tolerance. You will get much higher if you only smoke in the afternoon/evening.
