90% rubbing alcohol, salt (table salt works fine but epson is better) and a cottonball to cover the hole. All cheap stuff you can find at your local grocery store or cvs. Make sure to remove the downstem before cleaning to avoid damage as you'll have to shake the piece to properly clean it.
