I have a question for you guys. I don't know if there are some Swedes and Danes that could answer it but here it goes:

So I was lurking around on Wikipedia when I found this:

Why the hell did this happen? Please explain, it just beats me. Was it pressure from SJWs? Or from other countries? Or from the Swedes/Danes themselves?

I really don't understand how one could legalize this shit and then regret it. How did it get legalized in the first place?

If we want this to be legal again, we have to understand what went wrong…

As for legalization, it'll never happen again. Even Japan gave it up. If you start your own non-democratic country somewhere in international waters, then maybe, MAYBE you have a chance of keeping it going for some years.

It was probably just "legalized" in the sense that a court said some law or other was unenforceable and they had to rewrite it, same as anywhere else.
