I'm glad she wasn't permanently hurt. I think he probably should have gotten the 25 years though. A loli walks in the room, he gets horny, so he locks the door, covers her mouth, rapes her, and lets her go like it was nothing. That shows a completely disregard for the girl, a total lack of forethought, and absolutely zero impulse control. He sounds like a complete retard. Even if he isn't a pedophile or a sadist, he is still dangerous. He needs to be segregated from society.
