 No.23635

So I work in a hospital and was having a pretty lengthy discussion about babies/toddlers

>Are earrings okay for a very young child?

I am of the opinion that earrings are wrong and so is circumcision. I don't want a debate I just want to know your opinion on the matter

Discuss

 No.23637

Circumcision should be banned. The rate of accidents is too high and it can fuck someone for life.

>Circumcision

I'd say it should only be allowed very early on, if at all, and that's assuming it's not as dangerous as some mention.

If being cut really bothers you, you should just be a cuck or something, seeing as you're already practically there.

I've heard stories of people getting their toddlers, or many month old babies snipped :^) and that's just terrible though.

>Earrings

If done properly it isn't supposed to hurt at all, but I'd definitely limit it to studs. As in no rings or dangling like in your pic.

That being said, it's really stupid to get your babies ears pierced at all, and really not needed for your toddie-loli.

But still, assuming it's done properly, and thus doesn't cause much (if any) pain, nor risk, why not? But loops and shit should be illegal. Stupid niggers are begging for their kid to run into some cunt who yanks on them.

>I'd say it should only be allowed very early on

Permanent body modification shouldn't be allowed without mature informed consent, period. There is ZERO reason to mutilate an infants penis outside of legitimate medical concern.

A piercing can close up, you can ever get your foreskin back.

The point of piercing babies ears very early on is so they don't have the motor function to be able to fuck with their piercing and get it infected like an older child might do.

>Are earrings okay for a very young child?

No.

Neither is MGM (male genital mutilation), i.e. circumcision.

 No.23654

Earrings are fine, circumcision is not.

>even having to discuss circumcision

I want kikes to leave

The thing about earrings is that you can pierce your ears at any age and they'll still turn out fine, but you can't unpierce your ears once they've healed up. Ear piercings hurt less than tats and should be completely up to the individual as to when he or she wants to do it. There is zero reason to force any kind of bodily modification on a baby or even a child

 No.23698

What is a "very young child"? A baby shouldn't ever have earrings. They neither can express their desire for it, nor do they appreciate the result. The only thing they remember is the paint while getting them.

There's just no good reason other than some people projecting their beauty standards onto babies.

I think children starting as young as four are able to make that decision after being well informed.

Circumcision is another topic. Nobody should have his body mutilated for whatever reasons without the decision being his own. If it's for medical reasons it's okay, but still needs to be approved by a doctor for every single case.

If you wan't to be super religious or have any other reason to cut a part off your dick you're free to do it once you're old enough and can make this an informed decision.

>The only thing they remember is the paint while getting them.

one of the reasons body modifications are done on babies is specifically because they DON'T remember the pain

>I think children starting as young as four are able to make that decision after being well informed.

the other reason is that a 4 year old would most likely touch and itch at their piercing which gets it infected

not saying theyre ok to do, just explaining the reasoning

OP here

In my family baby girls (talking a few months) always get their ears pierced

And about half the males do also

At work I saw a Mommy with her daighter who was a couple months with a very red ear. Looked just agitated but could have been infected. This is how the discussion started

I do not have kids of my own but from what my family states it is easier for babies to get pierced because the pain doesnt bother them (just cry for 20-30 minutes) and they are easier to take care of. My cousin waited till her daughter was 7yo for earrings and they had to redo it 3-4 different times because she couldnt stop messing with it or she forgot and it kept getting closed

So i see their view. I just dont think it is acceptable to do this. Im glad I was never pierced

Get out kike, mutilating a child is never okay.

>>23699

>one of the reasons body modifications are done on babies is specifically because they DON'T remember the pain

But they do remember. One of the big reasons to circumcise is so they'll be traumatized for life by it.

m8 i dont approve of circumcision either, but you're just an idiotic shitposter

 No.23790

I agree. With earrings it can heal up fairly well so it's not a huge deal. But no one has given me a viable reason for why you shouldn't just wait.

I hate to be one of those idiots who whines about being circumcised, but I wish I wasn't. I want a cute little loli to worship my dick, but how can I if I dislike an element of my dick? If only I wasn't cut it would be perfect

 No.23870

How come when I circumcise my baby boy so he looks like his old man and because the ladies like everyone nods their head, but when I give him a prince albert piercing for the exact same reasons people lose their minds?

One is religion-based and the other is just silly.

 No.23888

I am of the opinion that neither earrings on toddlers nor circumcision is "wrong", both are just weird.

Earrings on someone that young isn't inherently harmful or abusive, but could lead to harm because a toddler might try to play with them and end up causing an infection. And it's probably just because I'm not used to seeing toddlers with earrings, but they look visually out-of-place. They look weird.

If you're Jewish, circumcision is a religious thing and perfectly normal. If you're not Jewish, then why the hell are you slicing up your kid's genitals? That fucking weird.

 No.23889

>>23888

Circumcision is weird being performed on an adult, it's wrong and indeed evil being performed on an infant. You can't hide the wrongness of an act behind religion.

The only valid circumstance for circumcision is legitimate medical concern.

Oh wow, did this board just post about circ?

Let me tell you something: When even hebes are up in arms about how wrong MGM is, you know you have a case.

Oh and the race is on between Denmark, Finland, and Malta to be the first to outlaw MGM.

Malta just did it for intersex, it's only a matter of time now: http://www.vice.com/read/maltas-new-intersex-legislation-is-the-most-progressive-in-the-world-192

 No.24174

Depends on what you mean by "very young'." If it's an infant like the pic in OP, then no. At that age, I find piercings to be unnecessary.

 No.27011

One of the most terrifying things I've ever witnessed was a mother having her infant daughter's ears pierced at the mall. The whole time the child squealed like a little piglet being tortured to death, and mommy just kept telling her to hush up. Somehow this doesn't qualify as abuse?

I'm not entirely against circumcision but only because I have no memories of being snipped myself. Also I had to skip that episode of Penn & Teller BS on the subject. Too painful to sit through.

It's very telling how most parents use their children as accessories, yet as a man if you tell them their daughter is beautiful they'll give you a look as if YOU'RE the monster.
