There would be a simple and better world if the Universal Declaration of Human Rights would be updated with the following amendments.
1) Men and women of any age, without any limitation due to race, sex, sexuality, nationality or religion, have the right to have a sexual intercourse, to create relationships of any kind, to marry and to found a family, with the free and full consent of the intending spouses. They are entitled to equal rights as to sexual intercourse, relationship, marriage, during sexual intercourse, relationship, marriage and at its dissolution.
2) All children and minors are equal and have the same rights as all women and men of full age.
3) Parents shall not have a prior right to choose the kind of religion that shall be exercised onto their children. All children are free to choose whether to accept or not a religion.
4) Parents shall not have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children. All children are free to choose their own kind of education.
5) Motherhood, fatherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All men and women of any age, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.
6) Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in these amendments, without distinction of any kind, such as age, race, sex, sexuality, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

I have only one question, children below 5 are mostly not capable of giving the informed consent. How we could approach this? Fucking a toddler must be legal as well in open free sexual world, so I guess we should focus on hurting / not hurting the person in terms of physical pain?
