Game can't be played anymore since it only had online mode, and servers are dead. But still, this is a really rare game.

>but why the hell put it up without asking him, that's a real shitty thing to do and you know it.

why don't you ask the developer of your games if it's OK to decrypt, hack, reverse engineer and bootleg/pirate the games before doing anything?

and why is this guy crying about somebody unpacking his scripts? if he's really that desperate that nobody sees his little tricks, then he should rather go VMProtect his shit like that other looser does

it's like uploading a batch script and complaining on 4chan that some kid opened it in notepad.

nothing against the tool itself but this argument is just silly

Here is the download for the install disc for Guitar Hero Arcade. Burn these files to a DVD and you will have a self bootable install disc. Security usb dongle is needed to actually run the game. Original hardware is a Dell Optiplex 740 with a video card plugged in (not sure which one). Version is 1.34.

This game currently runs of propriety hardware, and recently, our main board went out. I'm looking for somebody to try and make this work with any hardware setup (Like the Pump it Up Fiesta 2 image on here!)

[Motherboard]

Model: BM-904VAT (BigBeam - http://www.elhvb.com/supportbios.info/Archives/BIOS/B-C/BIGBEAM/index.html)

CPU Socket: Slot 1 / SC242

Proprietary board, no rear I/O panel for keyboard, mouse etc. Probably impossible to replace. Any info on this board or suitable replacement would be appreciated!

[CPU]

Intel Pentium II 450 MHz

Part Number: 80523PY450512PE is an OEM/tray microprocessor

Part Number: B80523P450512E is a boxed microprocessor

Part Number: 210-0364-003

Manufacturer: 3dfx

Model Name: Voodoo3 2000 / Voodoo3 3000 (Official website states 3000)

[Sound Card]

Creative Labs Cound Blaster 16bit

Model: CT4830

Bus: PCI

[OS]

Windows 95

[I/O]

Model: F2 System PC IO Card

The I/O board sits in the ISA slot. The main chip reads: QuickLogic QL2003-XPL84C

The IO isn't a problem as ghett.io supports this game, I just need to get the game data out of this Windows 95 environment and working on any system (or least something newer and easier to find!)

I have ripped our drive, which has 2nd move on it. It can be downloaded here: https://mega.nz/#!wLA1Post too long. Click here to view the full text.

The cheapest 694X chipset board I can find is $132 on ebay, it's not a Slot 1 CPU board like the machine already has, so I would need to throw my wallet at a CPU also. If it's 100% going to work, I would for sure consider it, but i'm reluctant to keep buying old hardware to support an 18 year old game as it is. That's the problem with trying to keep the hardware the same. 10 years down the line, the boad might go out again, and the replacement would be $200.

We also have an Official In The Groove cabinet. The original motherboards are over $100 also. Luckily, with that game, we can move over to Stepmania or OpenITG and the officals songs and theme can be ported over.

However, if somebody can rip the game from this Windows 95 unencrypted drive I posted the mega link for, and target a range of newer hardware it would give the game a new lease of life and allow people to play the official game at little cost.

I hope you see where I'm coming from here!

please whats the korean font to correctly extract this?…………………

 No.4316

Korean font to extract? Can you provide more info? Just use SelfImage in windows or dd in linux.

 No.4321

Check ebay regularly for the ABIT VT6X4. It's a 694X board that can usually be found for cheap. I have used it before to repair other games from the era.

 No.4433

Ghetto.io Will not emulate the io, you still need to patch or use a loader since the io is read by direct port access

To run the game in newer versions of windows compatibility mode and renaming files is enough, the real issue is the eax sound

Hello y'all.

I finally came back after a very long time to talk about two great obscure and unreleased arcade discoveries for the Atomiswave which are called Kenju (made by DreamFactory who also developed Ehrgeiz) and Force Five.

When I saw both of these games on YouTube, I was amazed and pretty impressed by the gameplay and style of characters and everything else like the musics, especially with Kenju having an amazing art style with its characters and bgms. So I saw that even tho both of those games were unreleased for some reason, their cabinets are actually stored in two japanese arcades fully playable (since they both look fully completed without any bugs thankfully), while one japanese collector by the name of 'Shou(Time)' happens to have both prototype PCBs of each game, and he dumped +100 games and released them all on the internet to play with, so I might hope that one day he might dump and release both of them for all of us here to enjoy.

(I contacted him on his Tumblr and a few forums he's in, hoping that he would reply to me soon or later telling me if he would dump them or not)

Tho there is actually another person who is making repro carts of Kenju, Force Five and a few other unreleased Atomiswave games too on the Arcade-Projects forum who is called 'brizzo', which also said that he apparently dumped Kenju and will release it for MAME, I really hope that this will be true soon, I really cannot wait to play those two games so badly once they get released somewhere on internet.

 No.4413

Kenju is the real holy grail of Atomiswave, two copies of the game are available in two arcades in japan (one of them is the legendary Game Center Mikado in Tokyo). Force Five is available in A LOT of arcades in Japan for some weird reasons. I played it in a-cho in Kyoto some months ago and… well… it's just okay.

Kenju is really interesting, I hope Shou will dump this game soon.

Does anyone know how to ""emulate"" the IC function of the PnM games? I'm relatively new to PnM and was able to get Eclale working on my laptop, I'm having a fun time so far trying out songs the the Normal mode. How would I go about saving my scores / progress though? The e-amusement local server only allows for fooling the game into thinking it's connected to the main servers, right? If y'all know anything on how to get the game to save, I'd appreciate it :)

Greetings, has anyone figured out an easier way to play this game in fullscreen on Pacman Museum without those annoying borders? I love playing this game in arcade but to me, it just isn't playable with those stupid borders. This guy supposedly figured it out but it looks very complicated with like a jazillion steps that are a bit over my head. I'm wondering if someone has figured out an easier way or if someone is willing to share an already put together file with all the necessary modifications put in place to be able to play without the borders in fullscreen? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you

You figure it out yet? It didn't work for me. I imagine it has to do with the instructions that says

"Non-rotated version (aka Deluxe (upright) version):

rename d3d9-norotate.dll to d3d9.dll

rename loading-norotate.png to loading.png"

I couldn't find the dll and png file above anywhere in order to change/retitle it. Any help is much appreciated.
