In general, tags are not only tied to the merchandise, but also to its resell value.

In this specific case, I tend to get rid of them anyway, as I'm not planning on parting with them, least of all for monetary gain.

I don't know how others see this; keeping the tags tacked on is a practice that's frowned upon in 4/jp's /fumo/, more so as it has the connotation of scalping the girls, which is an absolute no-no.
