I bought Just Cause 2, recently started it up becuase I wanted to blow shit up to let of steam.

Wasn't the team that ZUN worked in called Amusement Makers? I wouldn't doubt that they worked under Taito, but from the looks of it, they had nothing to do with this project.
They ended up making Seihou with ZUN's help some time back
