Kijin Seija is the objectively best toehoe
Here is why:
1. Seija is the only touhou incident culprit who actually succeeded with her goals in a game
2. Effectively trolled most of Gensokyo and caused some serious butthurt
3. Strong Independent Youkai Girl who needs no friends
4. As of the events of Impossible Spell Card, canonically the strongest 2hu at spellcard battles
5. Takes better pictures than Aya Shameimaru
6. Her powers make even the most seasoned danmaku veterans sweat profusely
7. Has really good theme songs, best in her respective games
8. I mean really, just listen to that shit
9. Coolest newhu design without being overly fancy
10. Even Zun drew her nicely in the game
11. Can make any 2hu mad
12. Not afraid to cheat and shit
13. Cute horns
14. Better multi-coloured hair than Byakuren
15. She is the (future) ruler of Gensokyo
16. Better spinoff games than Ayayaya, beats her at her own game
17. Amanojakus are cool
18. Cool power, but not strong enough to be overpowered and make her uninteresting to fight like Yukari
19. Admit it, you dropped the spaghetti when you fought her for the first time
