Forgot how strong Sasori was, but even from what I remember he is easily Youkai tier in terms of ability and power. Can control hundreds of puppets at once, all of which seem to have long range weapons and other tricks at their sleeves.
He should also have 2-4 specialized puppets, that once more I don't remember what they could do.
Sasori's own body is also a custom-mad puppet, so unlike Alice who has a body that is as frail as a human, he won't fall that easily and this might be what gives him the edge to defeat her.
However if PC-98 applies, Alice wins any day of the week.
