Talent is innate, hard work is up to the individual. I won't accept any nihilistic theories stating otherwise. Marisa may have enough talent to be able to get where she is, but it doesn't change the fact she still had to work to get there. Even the weak can strive to improve themselves to some degree with effort, and that's why Marisa is the best role model and the best protagonist. Reimu on the other hand, was born with talent, and uses it to impose her own authority upon others according to her own whims and arbitrary sense of justice. Reprehensible.
