I'm pretty familiar with /rule34/ and I've only skimmed this board a few times. If I'm wrong, that's fine. It wouldn't be the first time.
I agree with the "unthemed" comments.
To put it in my own words. It feels like the threads on this board are less structured or at least structured less strictly, if that makes sense.
The big thing is I think would requesting "rule 34 of [thread topic]" make sense?
While the threads on /rule34/ are things like: pokemon, splatoon and strike witches. All of those would make sense in that question. There are some exceptions but it works for the most part.
Here you see threads like: unthemed, blowjob and swimsuits. Those don't seem to make sense in that question to me.
I've talked to Brig about this, rule 34 is a huge topic you can fit a lot of porn boards under that umbrella, especially if it's drawn.
The way the boards are being used shows some distinction, however.
There is some things that don't really fit in /rule34/ that would here.
I have a large unsorted folder, some if from stuff I don't know personally but a lot is probably from things that were created for the sole purpose of porn. That would make them not rule 34 in a sense.
I think brig has at least a similar idea which is why he recommended the move for this thread. It has a more strict topic that fits the question I asked above, making it feel more like a /rule34/ post than a /3dpdpd/ post.
That's my thought.
