I went from the original, small 3ds to a new 3ds xl. only thing that bothers me about it is that it makes this HUGE cracking sound when i open and close it. everybody at work knows when i am using the wc stalls for gaming now.

does the small new 3ds make the same sound?

id definately go for the small, older one if you game in toilet stalls.
