Let's have a thread to discuss the 4chan Cup.

I'll start the discussion. Will copy over from halfchan's /vg/ thread, seeing that Boris is the board volunteer here and I was told to direct questions to him.

1. I've thought about it, and I still believe 60 teams is feasible. I believe I've come up with a system for it.
2. Would a straight knockout round with byes work here? It works perfectly fine for things like the FA Cup.
3. Is there a reason why we can't stream 2 matches simultaneously? For group matches at least?
4. Why is the host/defending champion not automatically placed in pot 1?
5. Why do we have to make another draw for the knockout stages after the group matches end? Considering the format we're using, we shouldn't need it. The World Cup doesn't need it.
