The story goes like this. A person found a grey tabby cat named Dexter, and was unable to find the rightful owner. In good faith the person who found the cat brought it to a local shelter called happy tails rescue in maple grove Minnesota. One day later the owner contacted the person who originally found the cat. NOW THE SHELTER IS REFUSING TO RETURN THE CAT TO THE RIGHTFUL OWNER!!!!! Please call the shelter and tell them that they must return dexter to the owner!!! DO NOT FIRE LOIC ON THERE WEBSITE! I REPEAT DO NOT FIRE LOIC! Taking down the website will only make the other animals suffer from not receiving exposure for adoption so please just share this number, and call the shit out of it!!!!!!
