Druggies are basically poisoning victims and they ought to be treated as such. Dealers on the other hand see what this stuff does to people on a daily basis and they continue to coerce more and more naive people, many of whom might be in a vulnerable emotional and/or financial state, to do this kind of stuff so that they can perpetuate their lifestyle. Most druggies don't exactly start out as the brightest bulb in the box but they deserve better than to be reduced to such a disgraceful state.

Depends on where you are at right now. Prepare to sort through tons of rubbish and unbelievable things that contain bits of truth. I did multiple things at once and wouldn't even know how exactly these things occured. I wasn't particularly careful or disciplined. I took me a few weeks to develop permanent energy body tinglings using one particular open-eye meditation technique that allowed me to 1) remember all dreams 2) make all dreams vivid 3) give me lucid dreams and 4) astral project without trying.

After I contacted a few people who do this technique far longer than me I noticed no one came close to these effects. The dangerous experiments I did often caused people to become sick and to stop what they were doing.

My recommendations so far are the book of knowledge and handbooks on yogic practices.Chi Gong is pretty meh actually, but Nei Kung can cause trouble if you're weak.
