Look faggot, the difference between blond and brown isn't purely defined by lightness, but by tone/color.
There are shades of light brown that are lighter than the darkest shades of blonde.
There are also shades of red that aren't particularly vivid and bright and to the undiscerning eye might be mistaken as "brown".
There is a gene that determines if you have red, blond, brown, or black hair; and then there are several other genes that modify the hair in various ways, making it darker or lighter and having various effects.
Unfortunately it's really fucking hard to find good images on google images for this because no matter what keywords you use, even if you put in "natural" and so on, all you get is hundreds of women with fake dyed hair.
