Yeah, fuck deadlifts, I'd rather just do wide grip pullups and rows.
I also don't like squats, I prefer running, and having to run after leg day sucks, so I just stopped doing leg day as well. I know most people frown on it because it's not "right" but I only do upper body, abs and cardio. Leg day is just that terrible ligament popping thing people do just to say they do it. Its nothing but agony and makes you feel like you're menstruating for the next couple days. I was told to do two big leg things in a week because you wouldn't stay sore as long. They lied.
Arms, Chest, Back, Abs, and Cardio. If you need to do legs, add some sprints to your cardio. Squats, and Deadlifts are for dummies.
