RIP in peace internet.
They've won, they've fucking won. Corporate fucks and sell outs always win in the end. Even if I moved to a site that didn't fuck up (moot did it way back in 08, after FBI froze the site for some suicide that was posted on /b/ and they've been keeping records since), it would never be fast enough to placate me. I will remember our years fondly but we just can't stop the fuckers.
;_;7 It's been a fun decade.

Second 8 ch exodus is now. 4chans has sucked for a few years now but "sucking" != dead. Personal data being sold to ad companies is the nail in the coffin.

The point is that moot fought in court that DMCA and copyright is irrelevant in face of the fact that 4chan content disappears over time.
While Hiroyuki is precisely a company/corporate sellout,
and he won't fight it, he will rather receive a paycheck and destroy 4chan. They might even promise him to get rid of all his debts just to get a "symbolic" win by destroying 4chan, which is a pain in the ass for copyright collectives.
If not outright destruction, expect your reaction image folders, whether anime or otherwise, to become worthless because DMCA.
