If you only have one device it's difficult.
You can try logging into the router, usually 192.168.1.1 or something similar and see if there is a MAC clone option.
You have to change one digit of the MAC ID and then reboot the router to get a new IP
It's simple if you have a separate modem and router but sometimes not possible with a combo device
