WE NEED TEAM OWNERS

Team owners do NOT have to be from the boards they represent, but MUST respect the wishes of the represented boards and MUST have a desire to win.

They must also be familiar with how to play NBA 2K14, and can only own one team at a time. No Dragonfags please, we don't want the Slam to get rigged.

Stop being such a filthy pessimist, anon. I know there are more boards than would probably compete on halfchan, but yes, we can pull through. We just need to give this board life support by calling out to /agdg/ to autistically help us with modding and then use the results to attract the boards previously invited back here. It may be that we've portrayed ourselves too much as just an idea guy board this far and that's why we're losing so much interest. But we can regain it if we actually get help and do our research.

Nah, /8cc/ is a villain team, after all. I would say Dribble Tendency is more ideal of a remix. Tables Turnover should be more along the lines of the 8Chan Slam's theme, along with The Won-Stoppable Wonderful 101.

The first thing to decide, IMO, is the game/sport to use.
Here are the ideas for now (feel free to add more)

-Football (Not handegg)
-Rugby
-Handegg
-Basketball
-Wrestling

My personal preferences go towards Rugby or Wrestling. Rubgy because it's manly, and it's basically the unwanted son of Not Handegg, or Wrestling because of its spectacular potential, and because every board would have its own character, no need for multiple references. Also, weird storylines.

So what should the numbers for the players be? I'm thinking 69 gets reserved for Alpha Bro Culture, and 99 is reserved for Power Rankings. Janitor obviously gets either 0 or 00 to reflect his monetary compensation. Yuro /sp/ probably gets the other 0/00. 1 (one) Point gets the 1 (one). Lelbron wears 23 and Davis wears 17 so those are easy.
